The Golden Ratio, 1:1.6, is also known as the Divine Proportion or Geometry of Natural Balance.
It is believed to manifest the most proportionate, attractive and balanced results when applied to almost any field. In nature, we can see it in sunflowers, leaves, hurricanes and buds. It has also been a guide to artists for centuries. The most exquisite sculptures, paintings and even musical harmonies can have elements of sacred geometry embedded in them.
The National Wellness Institute defines wellness as “the conscious, self-directed and evolving process of achieving full potential. It is multidimensional and holistic, encompassing lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being, and the environment”.
In other words, wellness can only be achieved when we dive into our true essence and bring all our parts together to become whole, harmonious, and aligned with our true nature, composing the beautiful symphony of our life and the world around us.
My passion is to support integration of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being through yoga and other holistic therapies in a safe and gentle way. The aim is to discover, explore and develop a place of deep awareness and harmony from where we can co-create our lives and become the best versions of ourselves.
We are all born with a unique blueprint. As we go through life, we start “borrowing” qualities, beliefs, expressions, habits from our environment, and making these our own. This might serve us in that moment of time to cope with the present situation. However, in the long run, it will makes us feel out of balanced or bring “dis-ease” as these qualities are not in line with our own energy.
